{"id":5105,"date":"2026-05-29T13:42:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-29T16:42:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ajustica.net\/?p=5105"},"modified":"2026-05-29T13:42:22","modified_gmt":"2026-05-29T16:42:22","slug":"pgr-notifica-assessores-de-higino-carneiro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajustica.net\/index.php\/2026\/05\/29\/pgr-notifica-assessores-de-higino-carneiro\/","title":{"rendered":"PGR NOTIFICA ASSESSORES DE HIGINO CARNEIRO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Procuradoria-Geral da Rep\u00fablica (PGR) notificou esta semana, por via telef\u00f3nica, dois assessores da campanha do general Higino Carneiro para comparecerem no pr\u00f3ximo dia 10 de Junho, junto ao Servi\u00e7o de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Criminal (SIC), a fim de prestar esclarecimentos sobre um processo alegadamente movido&nbsp; em Mar\u00e7o de 2025 pelo director do SINSE, general Garcia Miala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os notificados s\u00e3o Paulo Guimar\u00e3es e Jo\u00e3o Mateus, antigos quadros do aparelho de seguran\u00e7a que, ap\u00f3s terem sido afastados, passaram a trabalhar no sector privado antes de integrarem a equipa de apoio ao general Carneiro. Segundo apura\u00e7\u00f5es, ambos foram informados de que constam como arrolados num processo por alegadamente tentarem for\u00e7ar o seu regresso ao SINSE. A convocat\u00f3ria determina que compare\u00e7am acompanhados pelos respetivos advogados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em meios pol\u00edticos de Luanda, a convocat\u00f3ria est\u00e1 a ser interpretada como parte de uma estrat\u00e9gia destinada a desencorajar a eventual candidatura de Higino Carneiro \u00e0 lideran\u00e7a do MPLA, no congresso previsto para Dezembro de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No passado dia 13 de Maio, a PGR reabriu igualmente um processo envolvendo o general Higino Carneiro. O caso est\u00e1 relacionado com alegadas irregularidades na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de viaturas durante o per\u00edodo em que exerceu fun\u00e7\u00f5es como governador provincial de Luanda, em 2017.
