{"id":4491,"date":"2026-01-12T13:47:43","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T16:47:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ajustica.net\/?p=4491"},"modified":"2026-01-12T13:47:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T16:47:44","slug":"agt-apreende-em-viana-dez-contentores-de-mercadoria-desviada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ajustica.net\/index.php\/2026\/01\/12\/agt-apreende-em-viana-dez-contentores-de-mercadoria-desviada\/","title":{"rendered":"AGT APREENDE EM VIANA DEZ CONTENTORES DE MERCADORIA DESVIADA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Geral Tribut\u00e1ria (AGT) apreendeu, esta segunda-feira, no munic\u00edpio de Viana, em Luanda, dez contentores de mercadorias desviadas do destino final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com a chefe dos Servi\u00e7os Aduaneiros, afectos ao terceiro Servi\u00e7o Regional Tribut\u00e1rio, Carla do Prado, a mercadoria fazia parte de um leque de 20 contentores que tinham como destino a Republica Democr\u00e1tica do Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A empresa declarou o tr\u00e2nsito aduaneiro de 20 contentores de arroz para a RDC, mas quando tomamos conhecimento da passagem dessa mercadoria para a inst\u00e2ncia aduaneira do Luau, apenas 10 foram recepcionados&#8221;, explicou a chefe de departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a mesma fonte, a empresa angolana registou a passagem da mercadoria a 5 de Dezembro de 2025, e ap\u00f3s as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, a AGT notificou o desvio ocorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A maioria dos contentores foram encontrados vazios, um com apenas sacos de arroz e outro com v\u00e1rios bid\u00f5es de 20 litros vazios, o que pressup\u00f5e um acto poss\u00edvel de contrabando de combust\u00edvel&#8221;, concluiu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Geral Tribut\u00e1ria (AGT) apreendeu, esta segunda-feira, no munic\u00edpio de Viana, em Luanda, dez contentores de mercadorias desviadas do destino final.
